James Namchek is a dynamic individual with a diverse and impressive background. His career journey has taken him from the ranks of the United States Navy, where he served with distinction as a Chief Petty Officer until his retirement in 1996, to a successful second act in the technology and gaming industries. After leaving the Navy, James pursued a degree in Network Engineering and leveraged his newfound expertise to excel in the gaming sector. He advanced from Systems Engineer to Vice President of Regulatory Compliance, playing a pivotal role in developing and approving the world's first Electronic Poker Table with PokerTEk, Inc., and authoring the inaugural Gaming Standards for Electronic Gaming Tables.
In 2014, James transitioned into real estate, becoming a licensed REALTOR®. His commitment and skill quickly earned him the title of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Rookie of the Year in 2015. With his Military Relocation Professional certification, James is uniquely equipped to assist military families with their real estate needs, ensuring a smooth transition whether buying or selling a home.
Outside of his professional achievements, James is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. With over 20 years of marriage, he and his wife have built a strong and loving family.
