James Namchek handled our first real estate transaction in 2018. We actually met him four years prior when searching for our perfect retirement location. Although we we're not ready to purchase for several years, James stayed in contact with us and provided Market Analysis reports and trends, and continued to identify what our wants and needs were. What can we say about our real estate agent, James Namchek? Well, he found the house of our dreams! We lived in San Francisco and knew that we wanted to retire in Henderson. We made periodic trips to Henderson to see open houses two years before our scheduled move. We met James at one of the open houses during one of our ‘looky-loo’ trips. Outstanding service from start to finish! We decided to build with KB homes and we enjoyed the process, but we still had issues from time to time so the help and insight that Jim brought to the process was phenomenal. Builders may tell you that you don't need an agent because they have selling agents working for them who can serve as your agent, but I would recommend having a buyer's agent and Jim is one of the best! He took time to speak to the lead building supervisor on site to get our issues addressed and even took issues directly to the KB regional office. Jim has connections across the valley, knows the real estate market and is a great advocate for home buyers. I recommend him to all my friends and family!
